The present invention relates to a device, system, and method for obtaining a three-dimensional map of a downtown area, comprising: a sensor part including at least one sensor for sensing at least one or more surrounding information in a vicinity of a vehicle being driven; a GPS signal receiving part for sensing a current position of the vehicle; a communication part which communicates with a building server wirelessly and provides the three-dimensional map information including three-dimensional exterior information of a specific building and three-dimensional surrounding information within a predetermined distance around the building; and a control part for implementing a three-dimensional map by selectively combining the surrounding information acquired using the sensor part and the information transmitted from the building server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
