摘要

The present invention relates to a system to track quality records in a vehicle component manufacturer and a tracking method thereof. The system includes: a storage part collecting and storing environment data and manufacturing process data about facilities for manufacturing vehicle components; a process modeling part generating a virtual process model with manufacturing processes, which have been actually conducted in the manufacturing facilities, and storing the process model by matching the process model with the serial number or lot number of an actually produced vehicle component; a tracking part tracking the process model matched with the serial number or lot number of the completely delivered vehicle component and displaying a virtual manufacturing process based on environment data and manufacturing process data included in the process model if the vehicle component has a defect; and an analyzing part analyzing a manufacturing facility or manufacturing process, which is suspected to have caused the defect, by comparing the virtual manufacturing process with reference process data of a requester which has made a request for the delivery of the vehicle component. Therefore, the system is capable of efficiently and accurately tracking which manufacturing facility or process has caused the defect of the completely delivered vehicle component.
