The present invention relates to a method of thermoforming a heat-shrinkable tube. A wire assembly part heat-shrinkable tube forming method of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a plurality of wires having a necessary length of a wire assembly part, and removing sheath of wire ends; inserting a heat-shrinkable tube onto the sheath-removed wire ends, and connecting a connection terminal having a ring to the sheath-removed wire ends; adjusting the heat-shrinkable tube such that the heat-shrinkable tube surrounds well both wire ends that are connected to each other and the connection terminal having the ring; operating a conveyor system heat-shrinkable tube forming apparatus having a belt which is made of hemp cloth and has a mashed structure, thereby maintaining an internal temperature of a thermal infrared ray generator housing at 220 to 225°C; operating an electric motor of the conveyor system heat-shrinkable tube forming apparatus having the belt which is made of hemp cloth and has the mashed structure, and controlling the speed of the hemp cloth mesh-type conveyor belt such that a hemp cloth mesh-type conveyor belt of a conveyor system passes through the thermal infrared ray generator housing within 10 seconds; putting a plurality of wire assembly parts which are adjusted by the heat-shrinkable tube to well surround the both wire ends and connection terminal having the ring on the hemp cloth mesh-type conveyor belt of the conveyor system having the belt which is made of hemp cloth and has the mashed structure, and passing the plurality of wire assembly parts through the thermal infrared ray generator housing, thereby forming the plurality of wire assembly parts; and inspecting a plurality of the parts which have finished the forming process to sort defective products from the plurality of parts. According to the present invention, a wire assembly heat-shrinkable tube forming apparatus having a conveyor system can reduce working hours such that productivity can be increased by forming a portion where the both wire ends are connected to the connection terminal having the ring into the heat-shrinkable tube, thereby easily manufacturing a plurality of defect-free wire assembly parts.
