The present invention relates to a system for mediating a welfare service of small and medium-sized enterprises comprising: a client company terminal for providing service information of a partner company to a client company; a mediating agency server connected to the client company terminal through wired and wireless communication networks and providing the service information of the partner company to the client company terminal; and a partner company terminal connected to the mediating agency server through wired and wireless communication networks and providing the service information of the partner company to the mediating agency server, wherein the mediating agency server includes: a membership registration unit for individually registering membership of the client company and the partner company; a fee payment unit for paying a fee for using a mediation service of the client company terminal and the partner company terminal; a service storage unit for receiving and storing the service information of the partner company from the partner company terminal; and a service providing unit for individually providing the mediation service to the client company terminal and the partner company terminal, wherein the service providing unit provides the service information of the partner company to the client company terminal and provides information of the client company that selects the service information of the partner company to the partner company terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
