The present invention relates to an X-ray dose rate optimization apparatus for a medical linear accelerator and a medical linear accelerator using the same and, more specifically, to an X-ray dose rate optimization apparatus for a medical linear accelerator, which uses a pole/yoke type steering electromagnet to optimize an X-ray dose of a medical linear accelerator, and a medical linear accelerator using the same. According to the present invention, the X-ray dose rate optimization apparatus for a medical linear accelerator comprises: a yoke unit installed to surround the outside of an acceleration tube and having a box shape with opened upper and lower surfaces to be closed to place a magnetic field therein; a pole unit inwardly protruding from the center of each surface of the yoke unit in a columnar shape; and a coil unit wound around a pole shape of the pole unit formed on the center of each surface of the yoke unit and generating the magnetic field.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
