According to the present invention, provided is a system for estimating a precise position, which comprises: a first step of estimating an initial position of a mobile station and an unspecified number of carrier wave measurement values using a code measurement value; a second step of setting a search range of the unspecified number; a third step of calculating the amount of positional shift between epoxies using a carrier wave measurement value and storing the amount of positional shift; a fourth step of estimating an unspecified number and calculating a covariance; a fifth step of evaluating an unspecified number candidate in an unspecified number search range; a sixth step of determining an unspecified number; and a seventh step of performing accurate positioning using the determined unspecified number.
