According to embodiments of the present invention, a system for an open live broadcast platform is capable of dynamically allocating resources at an actual broadcasting moment through a logical streaming cloud. The system includes: a first server pool managing at least one first server; a second server pool managing at least one second server; and a coordinator managing the states of the servers of the first and second server pools.
