Disclosed are a probability-based technology valuation and technology trading online platform using a collective intelligence and real-time artificial intelligence learning engine. According to the present invention, the probability-based technology valuation and technology trading online platform comprises: an evaluator recommendation module recommending a number of evaluators who have expertise meeting the technical characteristics of a client company; an evaluation module performing qualitative evaluation including technicality, feasibility, marketability, and technology royalty evaluation for evaluators recommended by a mobile terminal and PC based web application; a collective intelligence module determining, based on a qualitative evaluation result, quantitative variable values including a technology lifetime, a discount rate, a technical contribution rate, an average sales growth rate and the range of probability distribution, of a final technology valuation price; an artificial intelligence module learning in real time rules present between qualitative variable assignment scores given by the evaluators and selection of the quantitative variable value, automatically calculating the quantitative variable values when a qualitative evaluation result value is given by collective intelligence of experts, and calculating the value of technique by using the probability distribution; a document generating module automatically inserting the evaluation result into a final report; and a technology history management and technology trading module performing functions related to external viewing of reports and technology transfer transactions; and a mutual evaluating module storing a satisfaction evaluation result for the evaluators and the client company after completion of the evaluation.
