The present invention relates to a method for enabling a controller to recognize the intention of a user wearing a head-mounted display attached with brain conduction electrodes. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining learning brain signals measured at each of the head-mounted display and an additional electrode device coupled to the head-mounted display in a state in which a learning screen inducing brain signals is displayed on the head-mounted display; learning a relationship model of the electrodes of the head-mounted display and the electrodes of the additional electrode device from the learning brain signals; acquiring the brain signals measured in the head-mounted display, from which the additional electrode device is detached, in a state in which a specific screen is displayed on the head-mounted display; estimating brain signals of the additional electrode device not measured from the brain signals measured in the head-mounted display based on the relationship model; and detecting user intention corresponding to the measured brain signals and the estimated brain signals.
