The present invention relates to a system for controlling distribution synchronization access based on block chain in a multi-cloud environment, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for controlling distribution synchronization access based on block chain in a multi-cloud environment comprises: a plurality of cloud servers for synchronizing a block chain distributed book in which data on terminal access rights of a cloud terminal is recorded; and a cloud security managing server for registering and managing server and terminal policy information for the cloud server and the cloud server, generating a block chain-based block for managing authentication and access rights of the cloud terminal by using the server and the terminal policy information, and releasing and distributing the block chain distributed book formed by the block to the cloud server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
