The present invention relates to a method for predicting cancer species based on DNA replication number variation. According to the present invention, a cancer species classification model and a cancer species prediction model based on the DNA replication number variation, and the cancer species prediction method based on the DNA replication number variation using the same can predict, by using appropriate machine learning algorithms, cancer and diagnose cancer with high sensitivity and specificity, which is noninvasive rather than the conventional method. In particular, the present invention allows to predict cancer and diagnose various cancers using a single prediction model, can be applied to liquid biopsy using an ideal diagnostic specimen, urine, blood, etc., and can be usefully used in the cancer diagnosis and genome market in the future.
