According to an embodiment of the present invention, a multidisciplinary integrated functional care system to improve the functioning of elderly people living in elderly nursing home comprises: a remaining function checking unit for checking remaining function; a type classification unit for classifying types based on the remaining functions; a first question list providing unit for providing a plurality of expert terminals with a first problem list having different priorities according to each type based on the type; a priority calculation unit for collecting priorities of items of the first problem list corresponding to individual patients from the plurality of expert terminals and calculating an average score of priorities; and a second question list providing unit for providing the plurality of expert terminals with a second problem list in which the first problem list is rearranged based on the average score of the priorities.
