The present invention relates to a drone using new power, which uses new energy and changes a manner to generate lift. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the drone using new power uses two types of lift of an annular airfoil, and uses energy of a refrigeration cycle and a thermoelectric generation device. More specifically, fluid is reacted from the center of the annular airfoil to the outside and from the outside to the center to have high speed, such that lift is generated by using Bernoullis theorem, and electricity is generated from a generation device using a temperature difference and a pressure difference generated in the refrigeration cycle to rotate a motor. Accordingly, the drone reduces noise, the fluid is applied in a horizontal direction, and thus the drone does not damage agricultural products even if the drone is big. Moreover, in use for home delivery, the drone does not blow wind to a customer to provide convenience.
