The present invention relates to a server and system for managing intellectual property annual fee and a method for managing intellectual property annual fee using the same. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a user computer controlled by a user belonging to a group; a management information system (MIS) allowing connection of the user computer through an authentication process and performing a decision support process under control of the connected user computer; and a server for managing intellectual property annual fee allowing connection to the user computer allowed to be connected through the authentication process in the MIS in association with the MIS and performing annual fee payment management, annual fee claim and payment management, and unpaid annual fee management processes on intellectual property rights managed by the group under the control of the user computer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
