The present invention relates to an educational method using a sodium intake educational material for children, intended to educate children on sodium intake. The educational material comprises: a lower plate radially printed with a plurality of example parts on which seasoning and the amount of intake for each seasoning are written; and an upper plate rotated on the lower plate to cut a partial section of the outer circumference thereof to form a cutout part so as to expose the seasoning and the amount of intake written on the lower plate by the cutout part, and to display only one seasoning and the amount of intake thereof. Accordingly, the educational method of the present invention enables children to grasp an adequate amount of intake for frequently used seasoning and also brings a remarkable effect of improving the health by educating the adequate amount of sodium intake.
