The present invention relates to a method for producing a silkworm cocoon-fermented product for preventing or ameliorating skin wrinkles, which is manufactured by including a step of inoculating a silkworm cocoon with a mycelium of Hericium erinaceum followed and then fermenting the same. The silkworm cocoon-fermented product produced according to the present invention has a high content of total phenolic compounds and flavonoids, contains various bioactive substances produced in a fermentation process while not being toxic to skin, and exhibits an antioxidant activity and activities of ameliorating skin wrinkles and preventing skin aging. Therefore, the silkworm cocoon-fermented product according to the present invention can be used in cosmetic compositions for antioxidation and preventing or ameliorating skin wrinkles.
