The present invention relates to a method for lending finance data processing for consignment asset warranty-based financing, including a step in which a finance technology service device is paid a first investors investment based on first investment application information received from a first information terminal in line with a first investment attraction and executes first lending by using the consignment asset provided by a lending requestor as warranty; a step in which the finance technology service device is paid a first interest from the lending requestor based on the first lending and pays the first investor with a first investment revenue; a step in which the finance technology service device is paid a second investors investment based on second investment application information received from a second information terminal in line with a second investment attraction and executes second lending by using the consignment asset as warranty; and a step in which the finance technology service device is paid a second interest from the first investor based on the second lending and pays the first investor with a second investment revenue. The first interest rate of the first lending has a lending interest higher than the second interest rate of the second lending and the period of the first investment attraction is shorter than the period of the second investment attraction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
