The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lug terminal of a circuit breaker which prevents a wire or terminal from being damaged when the wire or terminal is clamped by using a bolt while enabling mass production, and a lug terminal of a circuit breaker manufactured thereby. The method comprises: first and second basic shape forming steps of continuously processing a raw material into a circular shape; first and second lug terminal shape forming steps of processing the raw material into a quadrangular shape having the same shape as the lug terminal; a piercing step; a bolt hole basic processing step; a bolt hole extruding and expanding step; a bolt hole completing step; and a trimming step. The method for manufacturing a lug terminal of a circuit breaker, and the lug terminal of a circuit breaker manufactured by using the same can process the raw material without a joint in the manufacture of the lug terminal, thereby preventing damage to the wire or terminal even when the wire or terminal is clamped by using the bolt, increasing productivity through mass production, and reducing a defect rate due to breakage when the lug terminal formed in a quadrangular shape is processed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
