An embodiment of the present invention relates to an operating apparatus of a cloud platform for managing an animal hospital and a nose print-based animal entity recognition method based on the same. The operating apparatus comprises: an interface unit for interfacing with a user terminal including an electronic chart of an animal hospital; a storage unit for registering setting interworking information between setting cloud environmental information and setting web environmental information and between information on the electronic chart of the animal hospital and management information on the animal hospital; and a control unit of the cloud platform performing a cloud-based integrated management operation for the animal hospital, thereby solving a problem that a region which cannot be covered by the existing electronic chart occurs by using a cloud-based management platform or the like.
