According to the present invention, by using a spinning spinneret (1) for combination yarns, in which discharge holes for side-by-side-type composite fiber spinning are formed and discharge holes for divided composite fiber spinning are formed, a polyester-based polymer (A) and a polyamide-based polymer (B) are compositely spun in a side-by-side-type composite fiber (F) form through the discharge holes for side-by-side-type composite fiber spinning. At the same time, the polyester-based polymer (A) and the polyamide-based polymer (B) are compositely spun in a divided composite fiber (F′) form through the discharge holes for divided composite fiber spinning to produce a multifunctional composite fiber mixed yarn. According to the present invention, the multifunctional composite fiber mixed yarn manufactured by the present invention has excellent elasticity due to the side-by-side-type composite fiber by mixing (i) a side-by-side-type composite fiber (F) composed of a polyester-based polymer (A) and a polyamide-based polymer (B) and (ii) a divided composite fiber (F′) composed of a polyester-based polymer (A) and a polyamide-based polymer (B). According to the present invention, since two polymer components constituting the divided composite fiber are divided in a post-processing process to become ultrafine yarns, a very soft texture can be secured. Since side-by-side-type composite fiber and the divided composite fiber are blended in a spinning process, a separate mixing process performed after the conventional spinning process can be omitted. Thus, it is possible to simplify a manufacturing process.
