The present invention provides a system for providing maritime data of multiple domains for e-navigation, and a maritime knowledge base structure for the same to effectively extract useful information from data of the ocean and various fields related to the ocean. According to the present invention, the system for providing maritime data of multiple domains for e-navigation, and the maritime knowledge base structure for the same relate to a two-level ontology structure to express S-100-based data meaning, are designed by analyzing S-100-bsed data and properties of S-10x data product specifications, analyze data elements of S-10x product details and common vocabularies registered in the S-100 GI registry to design a two-level ontology structure, and show meaning concepts for S-101 data based on the S-100 GI registry and S101 product details and the relationship between the meaning concepts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
