The present invention relates to plant specimen acryl pressed flowers (300) whose DNA is preserved. On one side (2) of an opaque acrylic substrate (10), an acryl pressed flower unit (100) for one side is formed, wherein a specimen pressed flower plant (12) of wild type having an overall shape and a wild shape, in which the beauty of a wild plant in nature is represented as it is, and a plant specimen information label (14) for basic use are sealed with acryl resin in the acryl pressed unit (100) for one side. On the other side (4) of the opaque acrylic substrate (10), an acryl pressed flower unit (200) for the other side is formed, wherein a specimen pressed flower plant (24) for research materials whose DNA is preserved, collected soil (25) of the corresponding plant and a plant specimen information label (28) for research materials are sealed with acryl resin in the acryl pressed flower unit (200) for the other side such that the plant specimen is able to be preserved semi-permanently and a user can use the plant specimen for a plant research when necessary several decades or hundred years later. A plant specimen acryl pressed flower (300) is composed of the opaque acryl substrate (10) and acryl pressed flower units for one and the other sides (100, 200) which are fixated on both sides of the opaque acryl substrate (10). The specimen pressed flower plant (24) for research materials including seeds (24a) of a plant and the collected soil (25) of the corresponding plant are dried to prevent or minimize DNA damage, sealed in a vacuum in an acrylic resistance resin film envelope (22), and individually packed in a flat type capsule (20) for research materials.
