The present invention relates to a volume change measuring device and a volume change measuring method of internal gas of a secondary battery, the volume change measuring device of internal gas of the secondary battery, according to the present invention, comprises: a receiving part having a receiving space in which the secondary battery and a receiving liquid are accommodated inside; a charging and discharging part for charging and discharging the secondary battery; a pressing part pressing the secondary battery; and a volume measuring part measuring a weight of the secondary battery accommodated in the accommodation space and measuring the volume of gas generated during charging and discharging through the charging and discharging part, and the volume measuring part measures a change in volume of the secondary gas in the secondary battery by measuring a change in the charged amount of the secondary battery through the charging part and the pressing part and a change in weight of the secondary battery in accordance with a pressure change.
