The present invention relates to a torque limiting device, an electric driver including the same, and a method thereof. The torque limiting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a user interface unit receiving the set speed and torque of an electric motor from a user and outputting the state of the electric motor; and a motor control unit controlling the speed of the electric motor according to the speed set by the user and stopping the electric motor when the torque of the electric motor reaches torque set by the user.
