With the continued economic growth, vehicle owners have been increased, and in particular, increasing is a case in which a single vehicle is used for by increasing a nuclear family or a single household. Accordingly, traffic is more congested due to an increase in passages, air pollution is increased, and parking difficulty is serious. The purpose of the present invention is to increase quality of life of an individual by exchanging labor or sharing labor by using a vehicle, and to create job positions and profits while solving social problems such as traffic congestion, air pollution, and parking difficulty. A person requesting labor may be a person providing labor and vice versa. Here, a labor sharing vehicle includes an owner-driven car (a sedan, a van), a rent car, and car sharing.
