The present invention relates to a decision making support system for a smart farmer through regional weather data modeling, capable of increasing energy efficiency. According to the present invention, the decision making support system for a smart farmer through regional weather data modeling comprises: analysis and model development for growing environment data collected by each region; data classification and inference engine design capable of analyzing growing environment and weather data with respect to big data; regional weather modeling by development a geographic information system (GIS) based regional weather data model; and monitoring through a share and compare technique of data to compare and analyze the regional data.
