An embodiment of the present invention relates to an application driven in a user terminal to execute the interior design and furniture sales of a 3D virtual space, including: an actual value input module for receiving an actual value through an actual value input screen which receives the actual value of an indoor space to perform an interior operation; a 3D virtual space graphic output module for generating and displaying a 3D graphic virtual space graphic by using the actual value of the indoor space inputted through the input module; a furniture layout graphic output module for receiving the selection of furniture to be placed in the 3D virtual space and a layout position from a user and generating and displaying a furniture layout graphic synthesized in the 3D virtual space using the selected furniture and layout position; and a furniture purchase progress module for purchasing the furniture determined by the user among the furniture displayed in the furniture layout graphic through purchase settlement. Accordingly, the present invention can easily design the interior of the 3D virtual space and easily purchase the furniture arranged in the 3D virtual space.
