NOVEL TYRO 3 INHIBITORY COMPOUND, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING TYRO 3 RELATING DISEASES CONTAINING SAME AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT
The present invention relates to a novel TYRO 3 inhibitory compound, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating TYRO 3 relating diseases containing the same as an active ingredient. The novel TYRO 3 inhibitory compound, a stereoisomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof not only performs substantially inhibits tyrosine-protein kinase receptor (TYRO 3) in sub-nano molar units, and exhibits excellent TYRO 3 inhibitory activity compared to tyrosine-protein kinase receptor UFO (AXL) and proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase MER (MERTK), and thus can be useful as a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food composition for preventing or treating TYRO 3-related diseases which can significantly reduce adverse effects from TYRO 3 selective inhibitory activity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
