A smart scheduling method supporting process task volume splitting, which may relax the restrictions on the number of parallel machine tables for overdue task orders under the constraint of using as few parallel machine tables as possible, splitting the volume of process tasks that consume a lot of time according to the working states of machine tables at different time periods, thereby completing production within a delivery period. Compared to current commonly used production planning scheduling methods that normally only allocate the volume of tasks of a single process to a single machine table and that are incapable of splitting the volume of tasks, thus wasting machine table resources and causing production efficiency to be low when the volume of production tasks is high and there are many idle machine tables of the same type, the method may support an asynchronous start-up mechanism for machine tables of the same type that are in asynchronous working states so as to increase the utilization rate of machine tables and shorten a working period by means of logically splitting the volume of process tasks, while simultaneously following the principle of using as few machine tables as possible to control the transport costs of raw materials so as to obtain a scheduling result of completing production within a delivery period.
