Disclosed in the present application are a document issuance method and apparatus for a government system, a computer device and a storage medium. The document issuance method for the government system comprises the steps of: acquiring a document issuance request from a user, the document issuance request comprising a search condition; invoking, on the basis of the search condition, a full-text search engine built in the government system, and acquiring at least one piece of historical document issuance information corresponding to the search condition; displaying, on a document issuance edit interface of the government system, the historical document issuance information corresponding to an information selection request; modifying, on the document issuance edit interface, the historical document issuance information on the basis of a document issuance information modification request, and acquiring original document issuance information, with the modifications made to the historical document issuance information being highlighted in the original document issuance information; and sending the original document issuance information to an approval platform connected to the government system, receiving target document issuance information which receives the approval and is fed back by the approval platform, and finishing document issuance on the basis of the target document issuance information. The document issuance method for the government system has the advantages of improved efficiency and high availability for document issuance.
