The purpose of the present invention is to provide a line-of-sight guidance device that is capable of guiding the line-of-sight of a driver to a gaze target on which the driver should gaze, with a guidance indication displayed at a position that the driver can see. This line-of-sight guidance device includes: a vehicle periphery state acquiring unit that acquires information on the state in the periphery of a vehicle; a line-of-sight acquiring unit that acquires information on the line-of-sight of the driver who drives the vehicle; and a display control unit that performs a control to cause a line-of-sight guidance indication, which is an indication for guiding the line-of-sight of the driver from a first gaze target which is a gaze target at which the driver is currently gazing as indicated by the line-of-sight, to a second gaze target in relation to the periphery state of the vehicle, to be displayed on two or more display units included in a predetermined field of view in relation to the line-of-sight among the plurality of display units mounted on the vehicle.
