Disclosed are a method and apparatus for detecting difficult points in network teaching contents, an electronic device, and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of computers. The method comprises: detecting teaching content playing information and/or user behavior information of a user in a teaching content learning process by means of a user terminal; determining difficult learning point contents in teaching contents according to the content playing information and/or user behavior information; determining the difficulty tradeoff ratio of all difficult point contents according to a preset difficult point detection algorithm, and calculating difficulty values of the difficult point contents according to the difficulty tradeoff ratio; generating the corresponding relationships between the difficulty values and the difficult point contents in the teaching contents, and determining the difficulty of the difficult points in the teaching contents according to the corresponding relationships. According to the present invention, information can be obtained by means of a user terminal to implement the detection of difficult points in network teaching contents.
