A service recall method and system under a multi-service sharing recall mode, and a server. The method comprises: acquiring at least one recall mode corresponding to a service, wherein the relationship between the service and the at least one recall mode is pre-configured, and at least two types of services are configured with at least one same recall mode; and acquiring recall content corresponding to the service on the basis of the at least one recall mode so as to allow different services to share and reuse one recall mode, thereby achieving sharing and reuse for the service recall system under the multi-service sharing recall mode and saving costs.
