The present invention relates to an embossed pipe manufacturing apparatus comprising: an uncoiler for providing a planar metal sheet; a centering guide roller for guiding, to an embossing machine at the rear end thereof, the planar metal sheet supplied from the uncoiler; the embossing machine embossing the planar metal sheet supplied through the centering guide roller so as to form same into an embossed metal sheet; and a pipe mill which manufactures an embossed pipe having welded joint parts in a longitudinal direction through a process for curving and circularizing the embossed metal sheet supplied through the embossing machine, and which welds the welded joint parts of the manufactured embossed pipe so as to complete the embossed pipe, and relates to an embossed pipe manufacturing method comprising: a first step of supplying, through the centering guide roller to the embossing machine, the planar metal sheet supplied from the uncoiler; a second step of embossing the planar metal sheet by using an embossing mold roller of the embossing machine, so as to form same into the embossed metal sheet; and the third step of supplying the embossed metal sheet to the pipe mill so as to manufacture the embossed pipe having the welded joint parts in a longitudinal direction through a curving and circularizing process, and welding the welded joint parts of the embossed pipe so as to complete the embossed pipe.
