According to the present disclosure, provided is a content recommendation system for child learning, comprising: a communication unit for communicating with a plurality of external parent accounts, a teacher account, and a plurality of user terminals; a storage unit for storing contents, a question list, and an evaluation report; and a control unit communicably connected to the communication unit and the storage unit, wherein the control unit is configured to provide a first question list regarding a child development stage to a parent account associated with a user terminal; receive feedback on the first question list from the parent account; provide a plurality of contents suitable for a child to the user terminal on the basis of the feedback; transmit a pedagogical meaning of each content and a second question list associated therewith to the parent account when a predetermined number of contents have been played; receive feedback on the second question list from the parent account; and make an evaluation report for the child on the basis of the second question list to transmit to the parent account.
