Disclosed is a circumferential seam sealing structure of an underground integrated pipe gallery. The sealing structure comprises a circumferential sealing gasket (1), an axial sealing gasket (2), a pressing plate (3), and a bolt. The circumferential sealing gasket is disposed between vertical bent edges (51) of steel angle flanges (5) of two pipe gallery sections at the circumferential seam. Both the steel angle flanges and the circumferential sealing gasket are provided with a bolt through hole, and a bolt passes therethrough to connect and tighten the steel angle flanges to the circumferential sealing gasket. The axial sealing gasket is provided on two axial bent edges (52) of the steel angle flanges parallel to an axis of the pipe gallery. The pressing plate is pressed on the axial sealing gasket. Both the pressing plate and the axial bent edges are provided with a bolt through hole, and a bolt passes therethrough to connect the pressing plate to the axial bent edges, so as to tighten the axial sealing gasket. The axial sealing gasket can be removed and replaced in the event that the sealing structure leaks or the sealing gasket fails, thereby ensuring lasting leak prevention effects at the seam.
