The invention relates to an orchestrated hybrid cloud platform (OHCP) comprising at least one software and hardware arrangement to provide a service for: basic support of a package limited to an arrangement making it possible, at least: to display configuration questions in digital forms and invite a user to fill in the forms and save the chosen configuration criteria; to display necessary invoicing or report information in digital forms and to save said information to allow centralised invoicing and reporting, and to transmit said received information to all the entities of the cloud platform that require this information; and to display, in digital forms, security features available on the platform for each cloud environment in the multi-cloud environment and to allow the user to decide on each security feature requested among the choices to be selected.
