A method for building an assimilate allocation model of greenhouse solanaceous vegetables, comprising the following steps: step (1): determining a sucrose concentration at a leaf petiole and a fruit petiole of a greenhouse solanaceous vegetable; step (2): determining a cross-sectional area of a sieve tube at the leaf petiole and the fruit petiole of the greenhouse solanaceous vegetable according to a relational expression between the cross-sectional area of the leaf petiole and the fruit petiole and the cross-sectional area of the sieve tube; step (3): determining a sucrose allocation index of a fruit and stem of the greenhouse solanaceous vegetable; and step (4): calculating an effective accumulated temperature of the greenhouse solanaceous vegetable on any day, then conducting formula fitting on the effective accumulated temperature and sucrose allocation proportions of various organs to establish a sucrose-based assimilate allocation model of greenhouse solanaceous vegetables. The method provides a theoretical basis for establishing a plant type structure suitable for climatic features in greenhouse solanaceous vegetable planting, and has some promoting effect on improving the technological level of greenhouse solanaceous vegetable planting.
