A continuous casting production method for square billets of vanadium-containing nitrogen-containing micro-alloyed peritectic steel. The vanadium-containing nitrogen-containing micro-alloyed peritectic steel consists of the following components in percentage by weight: C: 0.12-0.18%; Si: 0.2-0.4%; Mn: 1.2-1.5%; V: 0.05-0.10%; N: 0.0060-0.0120%; and the balance being Fe. A continuous casting machine for arc-shaped square billets with sections of 150mm*150mm is adopted to produce, degree of superheat of a tundish ranges from 10-30°C, pull speed of the continuous casting machine is 1.9-2.2 m/min, and soft water flow of a crystallizer is controlled to be 1850+/-50 L/min; secondary-cooling water distribution of the continuous casting machine for arc-shaped square billets with sections of 150mm*150mm is divided into four loops, water volume of the first loop being 75-85 L/min, water volume of the second loop being 60-70 L/min, water volume of the third hoop being 50-60 L/min and water volume of the fourth hoop being 40-50 L/min; secondary-cooling water distribution amount changes along with changes of the pull speed. The continuous casting production method can prevent surfaces of vanadium-containing nitrogen-containing micro-alloyed peritectic steel cast billets from being straightened and cracked.
