A sewage treatment reaction tank and a sewage treatment and purification system, the sewage treatment and purification system comprising a first sewage treatment reaction tank (2), a second sewage treatment reaction tank (3, 4), a quick filter tank (5), a carbon filter tank (6) and a pollutant accommodating and clarifying tank (8); a clean water accommodation tank of the first sewage treatment reaction tank (2) communicates with a tank body of the second sewage treatment reaction tank (3, 4) by means of a pipe that is provided with a pump, and a clean water accommodation tank of the second sewage treatment reaction tank (3, 4) communicates with a liquid inlet of the quick filter tank (5), a filtrate outlet of the quick filter tank (5) communicating with a liquid inlet of the carbon filter tank (6); a sludge outlet at a bottom portion of a tank body of the first sewage treatment reaction tank (2) and a sludge outlet at a bottom portion of the body of the second sewage treatment reaction tank (3, 4) communicate with the pollutant accommodating and clarifying tank (8). Thus, the decentralized treatment of sewage and waste water may be achieved, not being limited by water treatment plan site selection, costs being low, and a separation effect being good, which may guarantee of a good treatment effect. Treatment and purification functions are combined, and treated sewage and waste water may be used as non-drinking water for recycling to help save quality tap water.
