A head massager, comprising a housing (100), a motor (200), a transmission assembly (300), and multiple massage head assemblies (400) driven by the transmission assembly (300) and with the bottoms extending out of the housing (100). The motor (200) is horizontally placed in the housing (100). The transmission assembly (300) comprises a worm (311) fixed on an output shaft of the motor, two worm gears (312) located at both sides of the worm (311) and engaged with the worm (311), two gear groups (313) respectively engaged with the two worm gears (312), and multiple drive gears (320) driven by the two gear groups (313). Each of the massage head assemblies (400) comprises a rocker (410) and a massage head (430). The upper end of the rocker (410) is obliquely inserted in a drive gear (320), and the lower end of the rocker (410) extends out of the housing (100). The massage head (430) is fixed at the lower end of the rocker (410). By means of the massager, the problems in the prior art of large size, being inconvenient to carry, and poor market competitiveness of a head massager are resolved.
