A system for managing a P2P bond purchase guarantee service of a loan agency of the present invention can include: a purchase guarantee management unit which manages a risk management fund contributed by a P2P platform service company and information about a purchase guarantee limit, corresponding to the risk management fund, of the loan agency to the P2P platform service company; a managed expected loss calculation unit which calculates a managed expected loss when a purchase guarantee application amount of a lender and credit information about the lender are received from the P2P platform or the lender, the managed expected loss being calculated on the basis of at least one among a bank expected loss, which is set by the loan agency and corresponds to a credit rating calculated on the basis of the credit information, and an account expected loss of the purchase guarantee application amount, the purchase guarantee limit, and a previously purchased purchase guarantee loan product; and a purchase guarantee evaluation unit which uses the calculated managed expected loss and a preset reference expected loss to determine whether the loan agency should purchase the P2P bond purchase guarantee.
