A freeze determining method for food in a refrigerator, a preservation method for food in the refrigerator, and a preservation refrigerator. The freeze determining method for food in a refrigerator comprises: measure the temperature of food in the refrigerator; determining whether the temperature of the food exceeds a supercooling point; and if the temperature of the food exceeds the supercooling point, the food starts to freeze or is in a freezing process. The freezing process of food can be effectively controlled based on the determination, and the inner temperature of the refrigerator is regulated, thereby preventing an excessively-high or excessively-low storage temperature.
