The present invention relates to a method for building a security price rise space valuation model in security market conditions. The method comprises: finding out a current bull market start point of underlying securities as an initial point M0, and when a sum of items of a number sequence F(n) and 1 is taken as a rise multiple of the underlying securities taking the initial point as a basic point, indicating that a future possible rise target value Mn is equal to (1+F(n))M0, so as to obtain a series of future possible target values of the underlying securities, where F(1)=0, F(2)=0.191, F(3)=0.382, F(4)=0.5, F(5)=0.618, F(6)=0.809, F(7)=1, F(8)=1.618, F(9)=2, F(10)=2.618, F(11)=3, F(12)=3.618, F(13)=5, F(14)=8,......; when n is greater than or equal to 15, F(n) is equal to F(n-2)+F(n-1), n being a natural number greater than 0. In the present invention, by organically combining a Fibonacci sequence with golden division ratio expansion, the rise space problem of the securities is basically resolved; and by means of numerous verifications of stocks, futures and Chinese, Hongkong and American indexes, a conclusion is basically obtained, namely, the rise space of the financial securities is closely related to the Fibonacci sequence, is basically unable to escape from a range of the Fibonacci sequence and even is accurately consistent with the range of the Fibonacci sequence.
