The present invention relates to a method for building a security price rise space valuation model in security market conditions. In the present invention, by organically combining a Fibonacci sequence with golden division ratio expansion, the rise space problem of the securities is basically resolved; and by means of numerous verifications of stocks, futures and Chinese, Hongkong and American indexes, a conclusion is basically obtained, namely, the rise space of the financial securities is closely related to the Fibonacci sequence, is basically unable to escape from a range of the Fibonacci sequence and even is accurately consistent with the range of the Fibonacci sequence.
