Disclosed in the present invention is a 5G signal-based direction of arrival (DOA) fingerprint library positioning method, comprising the following steps: dividing an initial region into a plurality of micro cells, and estimating angle information of reference points in the divided micro cells; saving the angle information of reference points of various micro cells and position information of corresponding cells into a fingerprint database, and updating the angle information in the fingerprint library at each fixed time; when a target is present in the region, by means of estimating angle information of the target and matching the same with the angle information in the fingerprint database, determining a cell in which the target is located; thus, position information of the target may be obtained, thereby positioning the target.
