Provided is a pharmacy management system comprising: an information processing device; and terminals installed at each of a plurality of pharmacies. Each of the terminals includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring, on the basis of prescription information, prescription data that includes at least either one of a data on a medical institution and a data on a specialty; a storage unit for storing a time of the end of a work related to a dispensing work performed on the basis of the prescription data; and a transmission unit for transmitting the prescription data and the data on the time to the information processing device. The information processing device includes: a reception unit for receiving the prescription data and the data on the time; and an analysis unit for analyzing a work period related to the dispensing work from the time in at least either one of the medical institution and the specialty, the data on which are included in the prescription data.
