As a chemistry engineer working more than 15 years in plastics area; I konw most of plastics are long-standing and difficult to be decomposed with excellent impact resilience, I found a chemical method to have the plastic bottle inflated, if the inflated bottle is hooked up to a “C” style frame, then connect several frames according to the designed capacity to make hull of light boat, it seems that we use rebar and brick to build up skyscrapers. There are many advantages to use recycled plastics bottles to make ligh boat.
