The present specification provides an authentication method based on a VR scene comprising: calculating interactive environment authentication information on the basis of random information delivered by a VR server; and obtaining password information input into the VR scene by a user; sending the password information and the interactive environment authentication information to the VR server, such that the VR server performs reverse calculation of the random information on the basis of the interactive environment authentication information after the password information has been verified, and matches the reversely calculated random information against the random information delivered to the VR client in order to perform security authentication on the interactive environment of the VR scene.
