An energy-saving and emission-reduction drying system for a dry coater, comprising a drying tunnel and a circulating treatment apparatus. A plurality of guide rolls used for conveying materials is provided in the drying tunnel. The drying tunnel is divided, in a material conveying direction, into a plurality of drying units sequentially connected in series. Multiple spray heads, an air inlet, and an upper air outlet are provided in each drying unit. The circulating treatment apparatus is connected to the air inlet at a film discharging end of the drying tunnel by means of an air pipe. The upper air outlet of each drying unit is respectively connected with the air inlet of the next drying unit, thereby forming an enclosed inner circulating drying system.
