Disclosed is an instant active information push method oriented at an early warning requirement for coal mining disasters, belonging to the technical field of communications and comprising the following steps: a user customising early warning information; a push server receiving the early warning information and determining a receiving end; constructing a push message queue; pushing the customised information to the receiving end; and sending the early warning information to a voice system, so that the voice system processes the early warning information and converts same into a voice message and transmits same to a user, successively initiates a dialling task or a connection (a data link) query task to the receiving end, broadcasts the voice message when the dialling is connected through or the connection (the data link) exists, and otherwise joins a waiting queue and initiates the task again after a period of time. By means of a plurality of communication technologies, the present invention realises the personalised customisation, and instant and active sending and feedback of early warning information for a coal mining disaster, improves the transmission efficiency and accuracy rate of the early warning information, and has important practical meaning for reducing and even avoiding loss brought about by coal mining disasters.
